Section 1. Elon Musk, or any other exceptional individual who is not a natural-born citizen, can run for President if:
(a) They've been a U.S. citizen for 35+ years;
(b) They've lived in the U.S. legally for 14+ years;
(c) They've made significant contributions to the country (rockets, electric cars, etc.);
(d) They haven't been loyal to another country for the past 14 years; and
(e) Congress approves their candidacy with a two-thirds majority vote! 👍👍

AI Job Creation: Encourage the development of new industries and jobs that leverage AI, so we all benefit from the AI revolution!
Education Reform: Invest in AI-focused education and training programs to help everyone adapt to the new job market!
Fair Distribution: Use AI algorithms to ensure UBI payments are distributed fairly and efficiently to all citizens!
Anti-Fraud Measures: Employ AI-powered fraud detection systems to prevent abuse of the UBI program!
Continuous Improvement: Constantly update and improve the UBI program using AI-driven analysis of economic data and trends!
Community Building: Promote a sense of shared responsibility and community by tying UBI to local initiatives and projects, powered by AI insights!
With this program, AI can create a more prosperous and equal society for everyone!

To make this ambitious vision a reality, we propose a 4-year implementation plan:
Year 1: Develop the legislative framework for AI taxation and UBI, create an AI advisory board, and identify initial funding sources for the UBI program.
Year 2: Launch pilot UBI programs in select communities, establish AI-focused education and training programs, and begin developing AI-powered fraud detection systems.
Year 3: Evaluate the pilot programs, refine the AI taxation and UBI distribution models, and implement AI job creation initiatives. Begin the nationwide rollout of the UBI program.
Year 4: Complete the nationwide rollout of the UBI program, continuously improve the program using AI-driven economic analysis, and establish community-building initiatives tied to the UBI.
By following this 4-year implementation plan, we can harness the power of AI to create a more prosperous and equal society for everyone.
